proposal for the
Great Room of This New House - Eagle's
Cove
A mélange
of sumptuous upholstered items to
include a pair of sofas, over-scaled
chairs combined with French and Italian
styled period chairs in relaxed and
distressed finishes in one major sitting
area and another minor sitting area. All
pieces will be relaxed, comfortable, yet
with a very expensive, opulent look and
feel.
Fabrics
to be used will be mostly textures,
solids, and stripes in neutral colors
with walls & ceilings in rich Symphony
Blue.
Additional interest will be added in the
form of a “well-traveled” collection of
art & artifacts from all parts of the
world. Extensive collection of books to
fill built-ins, richly colored rugs
defining the main sitting area, no
window coverings due to the view onto
the Covered Veranda. European case
pieces in casual but elegant finishes.
The Great
Room will include the latest in
state-of-the-art media providing an
ideal space for both casual and elegant
entertaining.
